Mr Frik van Zyl has been been the owner of this guest house for the last 15 years and they recently got heat pumps for their showers to ensure that there is hot water all the time.
Standards
Only people who have been issued with cards and live there can access the premises. They also have four qualified chefs and mess rooms where guests can enjoy dinner while they are watching television. Mpumalanga Guest House is accredited and have to keep to certain standards.
Lodging
Mpumalanga Guest House also offers their guests communal ablution facilities, 24 hour security service with CCTV cameras, rooms that get cleaned daily, a canteen where guests can buy necessities and an ATM. It is not an overnight facility, it’s more for workers to stay in Secunda for a longer period of time,”says the owner, Mr Frik Van Zyl”
